What gets collected
Inquiry submissions may include your name, company or site, email, phone, project notes, and the request categories you select. Basic request metadata such as timestamp and network address may also be logged for spam protection and debugging.
How it is used
Information is used to review project fit, respond to your inquiry, and maintain a record of relevant project intake. It is not sold, rented, or turned into ad-targeting profiles.
Email and delivery providers
If outbound email delivery is enabled, inquiry details may pass through the configured SMTP provider so a reply can be sent to the business inbox. When email is not configured, submissions may be retained in server logs until the system is fully wired.
Cookies and tracking
No analytics or advertising trackers are installed by default in this version of the site. Theme preference may be stored locally in your browser to keep the interface consistent between visits.
